1989 No. 235 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Prescribed laws for the purposes of subsections 114AB (1) and (2) of the Act

Regulation 19 of the Family Law Regulations is amended by inserting after
paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) the Peace and Good Behaviour Act 1982 of the State of Queensland;".
