1990 No. 474 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 22

22.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Application under section 117 of the
Assessment Act

"12. Where an application is made under section 117 of the Assessment Act, 2
copies of:

   (a)  the administrative assessment referred to in subsection 116 (2) of
        that Act; and

   (b)  a statement of financial circumstances in accordance with Form 17:
        shall be filed with the application.".
