1993 No. 160 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 5

5.1 After rule 1, insert: Failure to comply with Rules or court orders

"1A. (1) Subject to any dispensation under rule 1, if a party does not do all
things required by the Rules or by an order of the court, the court or a
Registrar may:

   (a)  dismiss the application or cross-application; or

   (b)  strike out any pleading; or

   (c)  stay the proceedings or part of the proceedings; or

   (d)  make any other order the court thinks fit.".
