1994 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 12

12.1 Omit the rule, substitute:

Application for order as to costs

"18. (1) An application for an order under subsection 117 (2) of the Act for
costs may be made:

   (a)  at any stage of the proceedings; or

   (b)  not later than 28 days after the day on which the relevant decree in
        those proceedings was pronounced; or

   (c)  within such further time as the court directs.



"(2) If the court makes an order in any proceedings for the payment of costs,
the court may require that the costs be paid without delay, despite the
proceedings not being concluded.".
