1995 No. 371 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 47
47. Order 31A, rule 4 (Proceedings involving cross-vesting law)
47.1 Paragraph 4 (1) (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:
"(a) the application must include particulars of the State or Territory law on
which the party intends to rely; and".
47.2 Subrule 4 (2): Omit "A pleading", substitute "An application or an
affidavit".
