1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 22

22.1 Order 23, rule 2 (Children to whom subsection 69ZK (1) of the Act applies)

22.1 Subrule 2 (1): Omit "subsection 60H (1)", substitute "subsection 69ZK
(1)".

22.2 Paragraph 2 (1) (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) each person who:

        (i)    is a parent of the child; or

        (ii)   has a parenting order in relation to the child; and".
