1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 23
23. Order 23, rule 4 (Applications under section 68L)
23.1 Subrule 4 (1):
Omit "section 65", substitute "section 68L".
23.2 Subrule 4 (2): Omit the subrule, substitute:
"(2) If the court orders that a child is to be separately represented, it may
request that the representation be arranged by a legal aid body that is a
relevant authority within the meaning of section 116C of the Act.".
