31. Order 23B, rule 4 (Respondent to application)
31.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Respondent to application
"4. If a parent of a child in relation to whom an application is made, or a
person who has a parenting order in relation to the child, is not an
applicant, the person must be joined as a respondent to the application.".
