1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 44

44. Order 25A, rule 8 (Application for an order under section 19B of the Act)

44.1 Paragraph 8 (b): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(b) orally:

        (i)    at a directions hearing (if any) in relation to the
               proceedings; or

        (ii)   on the date fixed for a hearing in the proceedings.".
