1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 47
47. Order 25A, rule 14 (If the mediator considers that mediation should not continue)
47.1 Omit "If the approved mediator considers that a mediation should not
proceed,", substitute "If the court mediator considers that a mediation should
not continue,".
47.2 Paragraph 14 (b): Omit "subsection 62 (1)", substitute "section 62F".
