1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 53

53. Order 26, rule 3 (Registration of custody or access orders-section 67 of the Act)
53.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Registration of State child orders under
section 70C or 70D of the Act

"3. (1) For the purposes of section 70C of the Act, a State child order made
under a law of a prescribed State may be registered in a court having
jurisdiction under Part VII of the Act by filing a sealed copy of the order in
a registry of the court.

"(2) For the purposes of section 70D of the Act, a State child order made by a
court of a State may be registered in another State, in a court having
jurisdiction under the Act, by filing a sealed copy of the order in a registry
of the court of the other State.

"(3) In this rule, 'State' includes a Territory.".
