1996 No. 60 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 58

58.1 Subrule (1): Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(1) As soon as practicable after filing an application or an appeal under the
Assessment Act, the applicant or appellant (as the case may be) must serve, in
accordance with Order 18, a sealed copy of the application or appeal on the
respondent to the application or appeal.

"(1A) As soon as practicable after filing an application or an appeal under
the Registration Act, the applicant or appellant (as the case may be) must
serve, in accordance with Order 18, a sealed copy of the application or
appeal, and of any document filed with the application or appeal, on each
other person who is a parent or carer of the child in relation to whom the
application is made.".
