FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 11.1

11.1 In this Part:

"quota species" means a species of fish mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 2;

"quota units", for a fishing permit and a quota species, means the quantity of
the quota species, expressed as a number of units, mentioned in a condition of
the permit as the quantity of the species that may be taken under the permit;

"SETF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the South East Trawl Fishery.
