FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 12.2
Amount of levy
12.2 For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy for an SBTF fishing
right is, for each season (or any part of the season) in which the fishing
right is in force, 11.43 cents. [NOTE: The research component of the levy
amount is 2.7 cents.]
