FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 15.3

15.3 If the holder of an STBF or WTBF fishing permit surrenders the permit by
giving written notice to AFMA on or before 16 January 1998, AFMA must:

   (a)  if the holder has paid levy for the permit - refund the levy paid; or

   (b)  in any other case - remit the levy payable for the permit.
