FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 4.2

4.2 For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy for an ETBF fishing
permit, for the financial year (or any part of the year) beginning on 1 July
1997 is the amount stated in whichever of the following provisions of this
Division applies to the permit. [NOTE: The research component of each levy
amount is set out in Schedule 1.]
