FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 4.4

4.4 (1) The amount of levy for an ETBF fishing permit that authorises fishing
in 2 or more sectors of the Fishery is the greater or greatest of the amounts
of levy stated in column 3 in the items in Part 1 of Schedule 1 for the
sectors.

(2) This regulation does not apply to a fishing permit to which regulation 4.5
applies.
