FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 4.6

4.6 (1) For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for an ETBF fishing permit
must be paid in 2 equal instalments in accordance with subregulations (2) and
(3).

(2) The first instalment must be paid on or before the later of:

   (a)  10 December 1997; and

   (b)  28 days after the invoice date for the instalment.

(3) The second instalment must be paid on or before the later of:

   (a)  31 March 1998; and

   (b)  28 days after the invoice date for the instalment.
