FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 5.2
Amount of levy
5.2 For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy for a GABTF fishing
right is, for each financial year (or any part of the year) in which the
fishing right is in force, $9,901. [NOTE: The research component of the levy
amount is $1,149.]
