FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 6.1
Definitions
6.1 In this Part:
"first permit" means a JMF fishing permit that:
(a) was granted before the commencement of these Regulations; and
(b) came into force on or after 1 July 1996.
"JMF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Jack Mackerel Fishery.
