FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 7.3

7.3 For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for an MIDF fishing permit
must be paid on or before the later of:

   (a)  27 February 1998; and

   (b)  28 days after the invoice date for the levy. 

8.1 In this Part:

"NWSTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the North West Slope Trawl
Fishery.
