FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 312 - REG 9.1

Definition 
9.1 In this Part:

"NPF fishing right" means:

   (a)  an active Class A statutory fishing right within the meaning of the
        Northern Prawn Fishery Management Plan 1995, as in force from time to
        time; or

   (b)  a surplus Class A statutory fishing right within the meaning of that
        Plan.
