FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 305 - REG 14.3

When levy must be paid

For section 110 of the Management Act, for a SBTF fishing right in force on the day mentioned in regulation 14.2, the levy mentioned in that regulation must be paid on or before the later of:

(a): 12 February 2003; and
(b): 28 days after the invoice date for the instalment.
