FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 305 - REG 3.2
Amount of levy
For section 6 of the Levy Act, for a CICKIF fishing permit to fish using a
trawl method in sub-area 2 or 4 of the fishery, in force on or after the
commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 2003, the
amount of levy is $12 811, including a research component of $60.
