FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 305 - REG 4.2

Amount of levy

For section 6 of the Levy Act, for a CSF fishing permit that is in force on or after the commencement of these Regulations and on or before 30 June 2003, the amount of levy is the sum of:

(a): $1 450, including a research component of $65; and
(b): for each sector of the fishery to which the permit relates — an amount for that sector as follows:

(i): $345 — for the aquarium sector;
(ii): $920 — for the lobster or trochus sector;
(iii): $3 963 — for the line sector;
(iv): $6 040 — for the trawl sector;
(v): $6 797 — for the sea cucumber sector.
