FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 305 - REG 9.2
Amount of levy
For section 6 of the Levy Act, for a HIMI statutory fishing right in force on
5 March 2003, the amount of levy is:
- (a)
- $5.46 for each statutory fishing
right for the taking of Patagonian toothfish ( Dissostichus eleginoides )
which includes a research component of 79 cents; and
- (b)
- $5.46 for each statutory fishing right for the taking of mackerel icefish
( Champsocephalus gunnari ) which includes a research component of 79 cents.
