FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2003 2003 No. 287 - REG 15.3

When levy must be paid

For section 110 of the Management Act, for an SBTF fishing right in force on the day mentioned in regulation 15.2, the levy mentioned in that regulation must be paid on or before the later of:

(a): 12 February 2004; and
(b): 28 days after the invoice date for the instalment.
