In this Part:

"gemfish" means fish of the species Rexea solandri.

"non-sector species" means a species of fish mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 3.

"orange roughy" means fish of the species Hoplostethus atlanticus.

"quota species" means a species of fish mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 2.

"VITF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Victorian Inshore Trawl Fishery.
