FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2003 2003 No. 287 - REG 8.2
Amount of levy
For section 6 of the Levy Act, for a HIMI statutory fishing right in force on
the commencement of these Regulations, the amount of levy is:
- (a)
- $6.96 for
each statutory fishing right to take Patagonian toothfish ( Dissostichus
eleginoides ), which includes a research component of 90 cents; and
- (b)
- $6.96 for each statutory fishing right to take mackerel icefish (
Champsocephalus gunnari ), which includes a research component of 90 cents.
