FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 1.03
Rules in Chapter 1 prevail
(1) Chapter 1 sets out the general rules that the court may apply in all
cases
.
(2)
If a rule in another Chapter conflicts with a rule in Chapter 1 of these Rules, the rule in Chapter 1 applies.
