FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 1.20

Publishing lists of cases
(1)
A list of cases to be heard in the court prepared by a Registry Manager may be:

(a)
published in the law list in a newspaper; and

(b) made available to members of the legal profession and their employees.

Note
See subsection 121 (2) of the Act.

(2) The list may contain:

(a)
the family name of a party, but not a given name;

(b)
the file number of a case;

(c)
the name of the judicial officer for a hearing or trial;

(d)
the time and place where a named judicial officer will sit; and

(e)
the general nature of an application.
