(1)

A party may withdraw an offer to settle by serving a written notice on the other party that the offer is withdrawn.

(2) A party may withdraw an offer to settle at any time before:

(a)

the offer is accepted; or

(b)

the court makes an order disposing of the application or appeal to which the offer relates.

(3)

A second or later offer by a party has the effect of withdrawing an earlier offer.
