A respondent's consent to an application that an order be made in the same terms as the draft consent order attached to a Form 11 lapses if:
Summary of Chapter 11
Chapter 11 sets out the ways the court may manage a
case to achieve the main purpose of these Rules (see rule 1.04), including:

making procedural orders;
* limiting the issues in dispute;
* permitting amendment of applications or documents to clarify the issues in
dispute;
* using simplified procedures for small claims; and
* changing the venue of a case.
The rules in Chapter 1 relating to the
court's general powers apply in all cases and override all other provisions in
these Rules.

dictionary at the end of these Rules.
