A party may apply to have a case transferred to another registry or court exercising jurisdiction under the Act by filing an Application in a Case (Form 2) in the registry in which the case was started.

Note
A party may make an oral application to have a case heard at a different place within the same region, that is, to have the hearing transferred from a circuit centre to the place where the filing registry is located.
