(1) If an applicant does not attend a case assessment conference or procedural
hearing, the court may:
- (a)
- dismiss the application; or
- (b)
- make an order for the future conduct of the case.
(2) If a respondent does not attend a case assessment conference or procedural
hearing, the court may:
- (a)
- if respondent has not filed a Response (Form
1A) make the order sought in the application;
- (b)
- list the case for dismissal or hearing on an undefended basis; or
- (c)
- make an order for the future conduct of the case.
(3) If a party does not attend a conciliation conference or pre-trial
conference, the court may:
- (a)
- list the case for dismissal or hearing on an
undefended basis; and
- (b)
- make an order for the future conduct of the case.
