A party starting, or filing a response or reply to, a financial case (other than by an Application for Consent Orders (Form 11)) must file a Financial Statement (Form 13) at the same time.

If a party is aware that the completion of a Form 13 will not fully discharge the duty to make full and frank disclosure, the party must also file an affidavit giving further particulars.

Note
The court may order a party to file an affidavit giving further particulars in relation to the party's financial affairs.
