FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 13.25
Application of Part 13.3
This Part applies to all Applications for Final Orders (Form 1), except:
- (a)
- an application for an order that a marriage is a nullity or a declaration
as to the validity of a marriage, divorce or annulment;
- (b)
- a Maintenance Application;
- (c)
- a Child Support Application or Appeal;
- (d)
- a Small Claim; or
- (e)
- a case listed for trial without a pre-trial conference.
