(1)

A requesting party must pay the reasonable costs incurred by a non-party in producing a document under subrule 13.36 (1) as ordered or agreed.

(2)

The amount payable under subrule (1) must be at least equal to the minimum amount of conduct money mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 4.

The court may order that a party is not required to pay costs (see rule 1.12).
