(1) A party who has applied for an order under rule 14.01 must:

(a)

make a reasonable attempt to find out who has, or claims to have, an interest in the property to which the application relates; and

(b)

serve the application and any supporting affidavits on that person.

(2)

The court may allow an application for an order under this Part to be made without notice.
