(1) This rule applies if the named person, or a person having sufficient
interest in a subpoena for production:
- (a)
- objects to the production of a
document identified in the subpoena; or
- (b)
- objects to a document identified in the subpoena being inspected or copied
by any of the parties.
(2) The person must, as soon as practicable after being served with the
subpoena and at least 10 days before the court date, give written notice of
the objection, or other order sought, in accordance with Part F of Form 14,
to:
- (a)
- the Registry Manager;
- (b)
- the named person, if applicable;
- (c)
- the other parties; and
- (d)
- any child representative.
- (3)
- A notice under this rule operates as a stay on the operation of the
parties' and child representative's right, under subrule 15.30 (4),
to inspect and copy a document produced under a subpoena.
