FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 16.11

Party's failure to attend
(1)
If a party does not attend when a trial starts, the other party may seek the orders sought in that party's application by, if necessary, adducing evidence to establish an entitlement to those orders.

(2)
If no party attends, the court may dismiss all applications.
