FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 16.11
Party's failure to attend
- (1)
- If a party does not attend when a trial starts, the other party may seek
the orders sought in that party's application by, if necessary, adducing
evidence to establish an entitlement to those orders.
- (2)
- If no party
attends, the court may dismiss all applications.
