This Part:

(a)

applies to an application for the review of an order of a Judicial Registrar, Registrar or Deputy Registrar; and

(b)

does not apply to an application for a review of an order made by an Appeal Registrar.

Subsection 37A (9) of the Act provides that a party may apply for the review of a Registrar's order.
Note 2
A party seeking a review of an Appeal Registrar's order relating to the conduct of an appeal may file an Application in a Case (Form 2) in the Regional Appeal Registry within 14 days after the order is made (see rule 22.52).
