(1)

A party who alleges that a child to whom a case relates has been abused, or is at risk of being abused, must file a Notice of Child Abuse or Risk of Abuse (Form 4).

(2) A party who files a Form 4 must serve a copy on each person to be served, including the person:

(a)

who is alleged to have abused the child; or

(b)

from whom the child is alleged to be at risk of abuse.

Note
Section 67Z of the Act provides that, if a notice is filed under that section, the Registry Manager must notify a prescribed child welfare authority.
