If a party to a property settlement or spousal maintenance case is required to
give the Registry Manager written notice under subsection 79B (3) or
90M (3) of the Act of a proceeds of crime order or forfeiture
application, the party must:
- (a)
- attach to the notice a sealed copy of the
proceeds of crime order or forfeiture application, if not already filed; and
- (b)
- file the notice as soon as possible after the party is notified by the
Director of Public Prosecutions under paragraph 79B (3) (b) or
90M (3) (b) of the Act.
