FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 20.45

Procedural orders for sequestration
(1)
A sequestrator may seek, by written request to the court, procedural orders about the sequestrator's functions.

(2)
A request under subrule (1) must:

(a)
comply with subrule 24.01 (1);

(b)
set out the procedural orders sought and the reason for the orders; and

(c)
have attached to it a copy of the order appointing the sequestrator.

(3)
The sequestrator must give a copy of the request to all parties.

(4)
The court may determine the request in chambers unless:

(a)
within 7 days of the request being served on a party, the party makes a written objection to the request being determined in chambers; or

(b)
the court decides that an oral hearing is necessary.
