FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 21.07

Failure of respondent to attend

If a respondent fails to attend the hearing in person or by a lawyer, the court may:

(a)
determine the case;

(b)
issue a warrant for the respondent's arrest to bring the respondent before a court; or

(c)
adjourn the application.
