A Form 20 may be amended without permission, at any time up to and including the date fixed for the procedural hearing for the appeal.

A party may apply for permission to amend a Form 20 at a later time. See also paragraphs 94 (2D) (b) and 94AAA (10) (b) of the Act, paragraphs 102 (8) (b) and 102A (9) (c) of the Assessment Act and paragraphs 107 (7) (b) and 107A (9) (c) of the Registration Act.
