FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 22.25

Fixing a date for appeal

When the appeal books have been filed and the appeal is ready to proceed, the Regional Appeal Registrar must:

(a)
fix a date for the hearing of the appeal during a sitting of the Full Court; and

(b)
give each party to the appeal written notice of the date and place of that sitting, at least 28 days before the start of that sitting.
