FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 22.65

Fixing of hearing date

On the filing of copies of the signed case stated under rule 22.64, the Regional Appeal Registrar must:

(a)
fix a date for the hearing of the case stated during a sitting of the Full Court; and

(b)
give each party written notice about the hearing.
