FAMILY LAW RULES 20042003 No. 375 - RULE 4.31

Fixing of hearing date
On the filing of a Form 1, the Registry Manager must:

(a)
if the only order sought relates to a passport — fix a date for hearing by a Judge of the Family Court that is as soon as practicable after the date when the application was filed; or

(b)
in any other case — fix a first court date for the application in accordance with rule 4.03.
